Welcome to HiveCraft

By visiting our store and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.

1. General

HiveCraft operates as an online retail store delivering products across Pakistan on a Cash on Delivery basis. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with our store.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our store following any changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely error-free or that colors will appear exactly as shown on your screen due to differences in display settings.

HiveCraft reserves the right to:

  • Limit quantities of any product
  • Discontinue any product at any time
  • Modify product descriptions or pricing without prior notice

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs on an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing to confirm or cancel the order.

4. Orders & Confirmation

When you place an order on HiveCraft, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or concerns about order accuracy.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via phone or email. Your order is only finalized when it has been confirmed by our team.

5. Cash on Delivery

All purchases through HiveCraft are made via Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected by our delivery partner at the time your order is delivered to your doorstep.

Please ensure:

  • The correct delivery address is provided at the time of order
  • Someone is available to receive the order and make payment upon delivery
  • The exact or close amount is ready to hand over to the courier

Repeated order refusals or failed deliveries may result in your account being flagged or future orders being declined.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location but typically fall within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

HiveCraft is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to keep you informed about your order status.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. Please review it before placing your order.

In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Refunds are issued to your bank account within 5–6 business days of return approval
  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify

8. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After this period, your order may already be in processing or dispatch and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us immediately at hivecraft.honey@gmail.com if you wish to cancel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the HiveCraft store — including but not limited to logos, product images, brand name, descriptions, and graphics — is the property of HiveCraft and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our explicit written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

HiveCraft shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our store or products. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your personal information that is beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our store shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
