Our Promise to You
At HiveCraft, every product leaves our hands with care and intention. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — simply, quickly, and without the hassle.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
Certain items are non-returnable by nature — these include personalized or custom-made products and any items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy. Simply reach out to us at hivecraft.honey@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return your item. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Since all our orders are placed on a Cash on Delivery basis, refunds are issued directly to your bank account once your return has been received and inspected.
To process your refund, we'll ask you to provide your bank account details via email. Once confirmed, your refund will be transferred within 5–6 business days.
We do not hold cash on our end longer than necessary — your money will be back with you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or your product arrived damaged, we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we'll take care of the rest.
For size or variant exchanges, contact us first and we'll guide you through the simplest way to swap your item.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at hivecraft.honey@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a full replacement or bank refund — whichever you prefer.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). In those cases, HiveCraft will cover the return shipping.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was never delivered or the error was on our part.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order at no charge. After that window, your order may have already been dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
