Our Commitment

At HiveCraft, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Every parcel is handled with care before it leaves our hands — because we know you're excited to receive it.


Where We Ship

We currently deliver across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation from our team once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad etc.)2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns3–5 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas5–7 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed where possible.


Cash on Delivery

All orders are shipped on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Payment is collected at your doorstep by our courier partner at the time of delivery.

Please make sure:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete
  • You or someone you trust is available to receive the parcel
  • Payment is ready at the time of delivery

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of placing your order. Charges may vary based on your location and order size.

Occasionally, we offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional periods. Keep an eye on our store for such offers.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share your tracking number and courier details via phone or email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hivecraft.honey@gmail.com.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, our courier partner may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

In the case of a failed delivery:

  • We will contact you to arrange a new delivery attempt
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment
  • Repeated refusals may result in future orders being declined

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it if the contents are clearly at risk. Take photos where possible and contact us immediately at hivecraft.honey@gmail.com. We will work with you and the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

If damage is only discovered upon opening, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Delays

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as courier backlogs, weather disruptions, or public holidays. HiveCraft is not liable for such delays but will do everything in our power to assist you.
