Rosi Sufaid — literally "white honey" in the local tongue — is among the rarest honey varieties produced anywhere in Pakistan. Its pale, near-ivory colour is not bleaching or processing. It is the natural result of the specific nectar sources the bees visit in certain high-altitude KPK regions: white wildflowers, clover, and other light-nectar blooms that together produce a honey unlike any other in our range.

Is the white colour natural? Nothing has been added?
Completely natural. White honey gets its colour from the specific light-coloured nectar sources the bees visit — primarily white wildflowers and clover variants found at altitude in KPK. No bleaching, no additives, no processing. The jar you receive is exactly what came out of the hive.
My honey has crystallized — is it fake or gone bad?
Crystallization is proof of authenticity, not spoilage. White honeys often crystallize into a soft, almost whipped texture — this is completely normal and many people prefer the crystallized form for spreading. Warm gently in lukewarm water to return to liquid form if preferred.
How do I know this is genuinely pure?
Rosi Sufaid is one of our most limited and most scrutinized varieties. We source directly from KPK beekeepers in regions where this honey occurs naturally. The batch size is small. When stock runs out, it runs out until the next season. We do not artificially reproduce, blend, or substitute it.
