My honey has crystallized — is it fake or gone bad?
Crystallization is the single most reliable sign of real, raw honey. Adulterated or processed honey does not crystallize properly. If your HiveCraft Sidr has thickened or turned grainy, it means it's exactly what it claims to be. Gently warm the jar in lukewarm water (never boil) to return it to liquid form. The honey has not spoiled — it has simply behaved like real honey should.
How do I know this is genuinely pure?
