My honey has crystallized — is it fake or gone bad?
Real, raw honey crystallizes. This is normal and actually proves authenticity — processed or adulterated honey resists crystallization because its natural enzymes have been destroyed. Malta honey tends to crystallize into a soft, creamy texture. Gently warm in lukewarm water to restore liquid form. The honey is completely fine.
How do I know this is genuinely pure?
